January 2024 - MKE Development Corp. & Distinctive Pergolas supports the Project Playhouse. Project Playhouse is a student-run program at Bryant University called Project Playhouse. Project Playhouse is a non-profit organization dedicated to building dream playhouses for children with serious illnesses.
December 2023 -The pergola that Michael Egasti and his team at MKE Development Corp. built for Umbria Italian Steakhouse Restaurant & Mia Roofdeck in the North End, wins an award. This is the second commercial pergola that our team has built that has won an award.
November 2023- MKE Development Corp supports/donates to the local Necessities COOP, a project that was developed by the girls from Girl Scouts Troop 62286. The COOP provides necessities, such as paper goods, toiletries and cleaning products for the less fortunate.
October 2023- MKE DEVELOPMENT Corp. starts a pergola division "Distinctive Pergolas", leading the way to continuing to design and install custom residential & commercial pergolas and cabanas. Distinctive Pergolas is proud to be the NEW ENGLAND dealer/installer for Pratic, an Italian line of Pergolas as well as Sundance, a pergola line made in the USA with one of the strongest louvers in the pergola industry.
December 2022 - The pergola that Michael Egasti and his team at MKE Development Corp. built for Sogno Italian Restaurant, wins an award.
2022 & 2023-Donated to Karla King's Boston Marathon fundraiser: "Girls on the Run" is a national non-profit organization, with designed programming that strengthens 3rd-8th grade girls’ social, emotional, physical and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences.

Oct. 2020- MKE Development Corp. is hired by a new start up, Boston Pergolas LLC, as their exclusive Custom Louvered Roof Pergola Installer.
